Zach and I met in 2009, our freshman year of High School. We were introduced through a mutual friend/bridesmaid, Peighton. We definitely got to know each other pretty well since we were always together. At that point, our relationship was nothing more than a true friendship. I moved to Florida for work and found myself missing my best friend. Zach came to visit and we picked back up exactly where we left off. After dropping him off at the airport, I knew my time in Florida would be short lived! I ultimately moved back to North Carolina in the fall of 2016. While enjoying a trip to the fair, Zach finally asked me, "Will you be my girlfriend?" I was so caught off guard that I answered immediately and said, "maybe!" From that day on, we have assumed that "maybe" was a yes.

We have been each other's rock for so long, it's hard to think of something that we would not be able to conquer together. We have experienced so much together! We have traveled, celebrated our college graduations, renovated 3 houses, comforted each other during the loss of grandparents, congratulated our families on the births of our nieces and nephews, attended weddings, and have been "roommates" for 3 years. There is nothing I foresee that we can't do together!

On our wedding day, we hope everyone will be as excited to be there as we will be. We have came so far to get to this point and it is a true blessing to have each and everyone of you there to help celebrate! We can't wait to share this special day with you!
