Our Wedding

We met in October of 2016 as two young college kids who happened to be at the same party among our mutual friends. Those same friends remain some of our closest friends to this day and will stand with us on our wedding day. We spent that first night talking, and laughing, and were both drawn to the immediate comfort and ease we felt around each other. Kevin impressed Jenna when he bought her pizza on the night they met. We continued through many amazing experiences a young couple goes through as we brought our families together and built the start of our lives together. That same comfort in each other has been carrying us through to where we are now, almost 7 years later. We find ourselves continuously grateful for the paths that led us to each other and the path we will form together as husband and wife. Never losing sight of that first feeling when a Jersey girl and a New York boy fell in love over a slice of pizza.

Our Story

We got engaged on January 21st, 2023. Kevin planned to take Jenna out of their house while friends gathered to decorate and set up a beautiful and romantic setup in their home. Jenna missed all the signs the entire day. Including Kevin wearing a nice outfit for no reason, and acting nervous throughout the day. When they returned home, Kevin opened the door and the song "Yours," by Russel Dickerson played, rose petals and candles were scattered along the floor, and the words, "Marry Me," were set in Jenna's view as she walked into their living room, immediately crying as Kevin got down on one knee. Our closest friends were there with confetti and bottles of champagne to celebrate with us the rest of the night.

Kevin & Alex have been best friends since Kindergarten.  From playing baseball, working 2 different jobs together and everything in between, they’ve been through it all.  More than just friends, they consider each other the brothers they never had.

“Uncle” Pat has known Kevin for over 10 years and have even lived together.  He had a major role in setting up Kevin’s surprise proposal. Now he truly is the Joey to their Monica and Chandler.


Patrick

“The Match Maker,” Marissa introduced Jenna & Kevin in 2016. She has been Jenna’s best friend since college. They met when they were both late to their first college class. Getting closer as they went through new phases of life. Whether they’re ever on time or not, still hasn’t changed much. 

Marissa

They have been there for Jenna since day 1, Literally, since Jenna was born. Proof is in the picture. They’ve been role models and chosen sisters all of Jenna’s life. 


Kate & Laura

Alli brought Jenna the girl energy she truly needed when Jenna was living her, “New Girl,” life with three boy roommates, one of which was Alli’s now fiancé. (Adam-Also in the bridal party) The bond formed when two girls try to maintain a nice house among three boys is truly a foundation of great friendship. 

Alli 

Jenna and Alycia became fast friends from the moment they met, and have only grown together since. Fair warning, she will out-dance us all at the reception, and we wouldn’t want it any other way. 

Alycia

The girl Jenna can always call for a night out or a night in, and truly have just as much fun either way. She’s the first one who is ready to dance, laugh, and sing along to some of the best music. Jenna and Halinna can belt out anything from Abba to The Jonas Brothers to Sam Hunt, 


Halinna

Jenna’s future sister-in-law, and the original Jenna Doran. Us Jenna’s gotta stick together no matter what. 

Jenna

Jenna’s first roommate throughout all of college. Lauren and Jenna spent many nights in their apartment watching many comfort shows and movies. Those nights and the many memories of their NYC living continue to be some of the best times in Jenna’s life. 


Lauren

Meeting as young teenagers, Leigh and Jenna were there for each other just as everyone needs a best friend during the craziness of High School. From our school’s hallway, to down the aisle. 

Leigh

Adam has also been friends with Kevin since Kindergarten.  Expect to hear some corny but clever one liners at the wedding, it's what he's known best for and never fails to get everyone laughing, especially Kevin. 

Adam

One of Kevin’s future brothers-in-law, Brian’s level headed personality will be helpful at the bachelor party, until we get him some whiskey.

Brian

Not enough room to go on about the shenanigans that go on when Chris & Kevin are together.  Instead, let’s just say people won’t believe how quickly they can finish a full game of monopoly (under 30 mins).  

Chris

 Being friends since 5th grade, they never run out of things to talk about.  Usually they’ll be yelling & debating about sports, while cracking and throwing back a few beers, and talking about the good ‘ol days.  

Justin

Not too often you get two red heads in the same room let alone a pair that end up being as close as they are.  Never a dull moment when Liam is around.

Liam

Kevin & Nick played baseball together for years.  Kevin played catcher and Nick was a pitcher, after Kevin’s father encouraged Nick to pitch, and Kevin caught two of Nick’s no-hitters, showing the great connection they had on the field and as friends. 

Nick

The youngest of the group and Kevin’s other future brother-in-law; Sam was the only one eager to do the shots Kevin handed out when he asked the groomsmen to be a part of the day; acting like brothers already.

The one most likely to not get through the Wedding without cracking a bottle!
