To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. (18+ event)

Cocktail attire. If weather allows, the ceremony will be outside, so check the weather and plan accordingly. The Cocktail Hour and Reception will be held inside, with the opportunity for outdoor yard games. For anyone coming out of town, I would like to mention, next to Lake Superior there are frequent last minute weather changes. So when packing, be prepared! April in Duluth could be 32 degrees and snowing, 80 degrees and sunny or anything in between! (let's hope for closer to 80 and sunny :P)

RSVPS are due by April 1st. If you miss the deadline, we will be saddened that you will be unable to join. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate late additions to the caterer. So PLEASE RSVP before the deadline.

If you have been invited to bring a plus one, it will be listed on your RSVP online.

***update*** chairlift will not be running before the ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. The top parking lot is closed, so give yourself a little extra time as everyone will need to be shuttle to the top! There will be shuttles running from the lower lot (where parking is) to the upper lot (where the ceremony is). Shuttles stop running 10 minutes before the ceremony to ensure everyone is seated. The bar up top will be open if you arrive early.

There is a large parking lot at the bottom of the ski hill. From here, there will be a shuttle available to escort you to/from your car and the venue.

Please do not take your phone out for pictures during the ceremony. We have hired the AMAZING Hannah Johnson as our photographer for that. We would love to take pictures together after the ceremony. :)

Between the ceremony and reception, there will be a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres.

****update**** Mont Du Lac will be providing a shuttle at the end of the night from 8:30pm-11:30pm to Black Bear Casino. You may leave your vehicles overnight at MDL but must be picked up in the morning. The shuttle will ONLY go to Blackbear Casino hotel. Please remember to tip your driver. :) There are some Uber and Lyft's in the area but not widely accessible, I would suggest scheduling ahead. Taxis are another great option (see companies below). Otherwise, please plan a safe ride!
