Our Story

Nestled on a private section of a 300-acre certified organic farm, The BARN at Liberty Farms is a former thoroughbred stallion barn providing a discreet country setting off the quiet and winding road. Getting There

Transportation to/from Venue

We want you to enjoy yourself AND be safe! To ensure that you get home after our wedding, we will be organizing transportation to Hudson and to the room block in East Green Bush. Feel like driving to the farm but might want to hop on the bus to get home? No problem! Just come by the following morning and get your car! Transportation: We will have a bus that will be able to bring guests to the hotel block in East Greenbush or to a central location in Hudson. Uber/Lyft: There are plenty of ubers and lyfts, but ride availability reduces significantly at night! So, feel free to get to the farm on your own, and know that we will have a bus ready and available to get you back to a central location in Hudson or to the Hotel Block in East Greenbush. Cabs: We will reach out to a local cab company, and will have several cabs on call for local travel. Please note: We will continue to update this page with more details as the wedding approaches.

Shuttle/Bus Details

Bus 1 Transportation Schedule: EAST GREENBUSH Pickup/Drop-off Location: Fairfield Inn and Suites in East Greenbush Pick-up Time: Leaves the Hotel parking lot at 3:30pm. Drop-off Time: The Bus will be returning to the Fairfield Inn at 10 pm, 11pm, and 12pm. Details: Anyone traveling to/from Albany is welcome to take the bus! You can also drive to the farm and hitch a ride back on the bus. Bus 2 Transportation Schedule: HUDSON Pickup/Drop-off Location: The Wick in Hudson, NY &amp; The St. Charles Hotel in Hudson, NY Pick-up Time: Leaves the WICK at 3:30, then stops at the St. Charles at 3:45 to pick up anyone else! Drop-off Time: The Bus will be returning to both locations at 10 pm, 11pm, and 12pm. Details: This shuttle/bus will make two stops. It will start at the Wick and then head over to the St. Charles (located on the Public Square Park) to pick up other guests. The bus/shuttle will return and make drops at both locations throughout the evening!

We are so thrilled you'll be joining us for our wedding! Located just 35 minutes from Albany, there are plenty of lodging options for you to choose from. For those traveling from out of town, we have a hotel room block in East Greenbush (close to Albany and about 35 minutes to the venue). If you are interested in booking lodging on your own, check out lodging in or near Hudson, NY. Here are the three main lodging options for our guests: Option 1: Room Blocks We have secured several room blocks near Albany, and will have a shuttle going from the hotel to and from Liberty Farms. More details to come re: Transportation! Option 2: Stay in/near Hudson For those wishing to stay in or near Hudson, we will coordinate rides and/or a bus from a central location in Hudson. More details to come re: Transportation to/from Hudson! Option 3: Wedding Party Lodging The wedding party will be staying on the Farm property at <a href="https://www.thestayatlibertyfarms.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">The Stay.</a> If you are in the wedding party, please reach out to Ryan and Jenna for details on how to book your glamping tent!

This hotel is located directly across from the Hampton Inn, where some of our guests will be staying and where the shuttle will be picking up and dropping off guests for the wedding.
