Guest arrival starts at 4pm, please find your seat, get a drink, and enjoy the appetizers.

Parking is located behind the lower section of event hall which expands into the grass field. If any guest needs to have an accommodation for any reason, there will be available event staff that can escort them to the front/top of the event hall. Please notify anyone in the immediate family or the phone number located on the invitation for day of arrangements.

Reception starts at 430pm.

Wedding Party Entrance will follow the time the reception begins.

Dinner will be served at approx. 5pm

If for any reason a guest needs to have food accommodations, please notify an immediate family member or let us know by using the phone number located on the invitation when you RSVP.

12Eleven Catering will be make the dinner for the reception. Please make sure to relay to a member of the family, bride, groom, or a server if you have any allergies to anything that you see on the dinner menu. We will try our best to accommodate you.
