If you are planning to stay the night, all rooms must be booked before April 5th to have the group discount applied. You can book your room for Friday night and/or Saturday.

Yes, the exact pickup times will be given to you when you check into the hotel. Times for pickup will be around 3:00pm and 3:30pm.

If you put Wyndridge Farm in your maps it should take you right to the parking lot. Once you're parked, you will walk through the doors located towards the middle of the building (under the pavilion) then straight out the other side across the patio to the ceremony site.

We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 3:45 to ensure a smooth and timely start to the ceremony.

The venue has a brewery on site that will be open to the public and anyone who arrives early for the ceremony (not included in the open bar)

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site!

We love everyone's kids so very much and would love to celebrate with them too but we are asking the parents of little ones to take the night off. We want you to have a fun date night away from home because we know you all deserve a break every now and then!
