Where are the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception taking place?

Outdoor ceremony will be located on the patio at the rear of the venue. Following the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour held on the side patio of the venue. The reception will begin immediately following the cocktail hour indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Immediately following the ceremony, a complimentary open bar will be available thoughtout the cocktail hour. Cocktail Hour drinks provided by: The Fizzy Mule, which will also include two signature drinks, chosen by the groom & bride.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

YES! 1. ALL wedding guests are invited to join the bride and groom the night before the wedding for an open-house welcome party located at Tony’s Eat & Drink from 8 p.m.-10:00 p.m. If you are in town, come say hi! Address to Tony’s Eat & Drink 1000 Meridian Blvd Unit 100 Franklin, TN 37067 United States 2. The day after the wedding, ALL guests are invited to join the bride & groom for a day of fun at the “Biekert Bar Crawl”. Our plan is to travel around the area of Franklin, TN and visit local bars to continue the celebrations. On Saturday, we will be meeting at Tin Roof (Franklin location) at 1 p.m. Please join us if you plan to stay the day after the wedding!

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

All guests will be responsible in providing their own transportation to the venue site. We suggest pre-booking a taxi or an uber to secure a one-way trip out to the venue location. Please note: Shuttle services following the reception WILL be provided & available for all wedding guests through Burton Transportation for those needing a ride back to the hotel. Shuttle services will begin at 11 p.m. and run for however many trips we need to get everyone back safely! Reach out if you have any questions.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 4 p.m. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:45 to allow enough time to get settled and seated. Please note: the distance between the hotels (in Franklin) to the Fly Farm is roughly 40 minutes.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones and want them to be in on the celebrations, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, due to limited space, we simply can’t have all of our lovely guests bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests planning to attend to please not bring a plus one unless stated on the RSVP wedding invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please kindly RSVP by Saturday April 26th!

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

There will be a happy hour in between the ceremony and start of reception. Guests will be able to enjoy small appetizers of the groom and brides choice as well as an open bar, with signature drinks upon selection. All appetizers are provided by The Alley On Main.

Where are you registered?

We are currently registered at Target, Crate & Barrel, and Amazon. Check out the registry tab on our wedding website that will take you directly to our three different registeries! While gifts are always welcome, we also have a honeymoon fund that is our preferred option for gifts! Thank you to all!

Is there a dress code?

Yes, we ask that all guests plan to follow the dress code as listed below. Please no jeans and women refrain from wearing white. Black Tie Optional: Men can wear a or dark suit and Women can choose to wear a floor length gown or knee length cocktail dress (satin, chiffon, etc.) Cocktail: Semi-Formal: men can choose to wear a light jacket with a button down shirt or dark tailored suits with or without a tie and women can wear cocktail dresses or midi-length dresses.
