Please make sure you RSVP by September 29th. We will need to turn in a final head count to our vendors and want to make sure that we save you a seat!

Yes! Moonlight Shuttle will transport guests to the venue from both hotel blocks and will also be available to bring you back later in the evening. Starting at 2:15pm the shuttles will run from both hotels and bring you out to the Odessa. The last shuttle to the wedding will be picking people up at 3:00pm from both hotels. Shuttles will run back to the hotel every hour starting later in the evening.

We would love if your guest would dress up with us for our big day! We are aiming towards a semi-formal vibe. Please avoid colors like white or cream when picking your attire. No jeans please.

Due to limited space in the venue, only those on your invitation have been included. We have made effort to give every couple a plus one but if you think there was a mistake please let us know!

Yes, we know—we might be a little crazy—but we're hoping and praying for a warm(ish) November! Please be prepared and dress appropriately for the weather. We will have outdoor heaters and a few other things to help keep you warm during the ceremony. If the weather turns out to be truly terrible, we will move the wedding inside at The Odessa.

If you’d like to hang out with us on Friday night, we’ll be celebrating at the Knights of Columbus! Feel free to stop by anytime between 7:30 and 9:30 to join the fun. All are welcome!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive and be seated by 3:50 p.m. so we can start on time.
