When should we book flights?
Start watching flights via the app "Hopper" or Google Flights. Prices will go up and down over the next few months, but they should be booked soon to guarantee the best prices.
Where do you recommend we fly into?
If possible, flying directly into Florence would be the easiest option. If not, look into Rome (FCO) & Milan (MXP). Train/Taxi information can be found on the Travel Tab.
Will there be hotel blocks?
Unfortunately, we are unable to block hotel rooms in Italy. We can provide some recommendations though on the Travel Tab!
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by March 17th, 2023, so we can have an accurate headcount.
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so we can help to arrange a babysitting/nanny service for the wedding if you cannot find other accommodations. Please reach out if you have questions!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
All wedding festivities are taking place at Villa il Merlo Nero. No need to shuttle from place to place! The ceremony, aperitivo (cocktail hour), and dinner will be outside, and the party will be inside the Villa.
Will there be activities planned prior to the wedding?
The bride and groom will be going out the night before (Friday, July 7th), following the rehearsal dinner, where you can meet up and say hello! Details will be shared soon.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We will set up a Shared Album for everyone to upload and share their candids!
