Blacktie, Formal and semi formal are acceptable for ceremony and reception. No jeans, t-shirts, shorts, jumpers, flip flops, street wear or athletic wear with the exception of sneakers with suits. NO CHANGING into the above attire at the reception either with the exception of ladies removing their heels.

Doors will be open at 2:30 pm and close at 2:55pm. The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm. There will be no entry once doors are closed until they open again after the wedding ceremony. If you're late you will have to wait, no exceptions.

You are welcome to take pictures or videos with NO FLASH and post on social media! We are excited and you can share the love and joy as well. Please no camera flash it will disturb the paid photographer and ceremony. Remember to hashtag posts #ForTheLongHaul

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be for ADULTS ONLY. The only children permitted are the ones in the bridal party.

We would like your undivided attention however, phones are permitted with all flash, volume,signals and all sounds TURNED OFF OR SILENCED.

An RSVP is required. PLEASE RSVP-DECLINE IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND! This helps keep our budget in line and vendors informed. If you are not able to attend we certainly understand and know that your love & support is still with us.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP ONLY! Your invitation will show if you are permitted to bring a person specifically named on your invitation or a plus one.

While the bridal party are getting their pictures taken, We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour and the cash bar services will begin in the reception area.

There will be a cash bar for the reception. Please bring cash or card to purchase. Vendor prefers cash. Please DO NOT: Bring any outside drinks alcohol or non alcohol (sodas, etc) inside the reception; You are prohibited from consuming alcohol and smoking any substances in the parking lot; Do not leave any empty bottles or paraphernalia in the parking lots. The parking lot and venue is closely monitored by cameras and the police station next door. This will violate our contract and fines can occur.
