Whitefish lodge does provide onsite lodging. Room blocks will stay in place until September 15, 2024. Use code HEIDEC. There is limited availability so please book accordingly. You can have as many people in your room as you can fit. There is no additional charge for a certain number of people in a room. There are rollaway beds for a fee. Feel free to bring an air mattress.

Yes, there are ramps in front and back entrance as well as an elevator.

We would love to share our big day with everyone however we are only able to accommodate children from our immediate family and our wedding party. We are requesting that no one under 18 will be allowed at the reception after 830 pm. We would like to celebrate without worrying about little eyes and ears. Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests not indicated on the invitation. Rest assured that you will be seated with people you know!

If we do not receive your RSVP by September 8th, there will be no meal or seating arrangement provided for you.

Here are some options if lodging at Whitefish is full. 1. Check with friends and family that already have rooms and see if you can stay with them. Whitefish lodge does not have a limit to amount of people in a room. 2. There is room in parking lot to bring a RV, fish house or camper. 3. There are hotels that are within 30 minutes from the lodge. These hotels are not affiliated with our wedding and will not have a room block or shuttle services available. Feel free to check out these cities for hotel accommodations. Brainerd/Baxter, Crosslake, Nisswa and Pequot Lakes/Jenkins.

You will be able to pick your meal choice when you RSVP. Adult meals will be served with a protein, a simple mixed greens salad (french & ranch dressing), green beans and herbs, garlic honey mashed sweet potatoes, and roll. Meals will also be plated, so its important to RSVP!
