To book your rooms at the discounted wedding rate, please email reservasgrupos.nv@vidanta.com. We have a room block for Dec 5 -Dec 7, but you can also book additional days at the same rate depending on availability. Please mention that you are calling to reserve your room for the wedding of “Jennifer Allen and Bennett Notestine Wedding” in Nuevo Nayarit, México over the following dates: Dec 05th - Dec 07th, 2025, to identify yourself as the wedding guest. Once our accounting department confirms the payment, we will send you a room confirmation document, that you have to bring with you with your ID at the front desk at your check-in time. Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta

The Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) is a 20 minute drive to the Vidanta resort. You can order an Uber or Taxi once you arrive at the airport, or you can schedule transportation through Vidanta when booking your hotel. See rates below. Transportation Rates Through Vidanta (One-Way from the Airport to Vidanta):- Sedan (1-3 Guests): $45 USD-Suburban (4-6 Guests): $105 USD-Sprinter (7-16 Guests): $175 USD Please note, you can order Ubers/Taxis to Vidanta, but you are not able to order them to leave the resort. You must use the Vidanta taxi service to get a ride out of the resort.

There are plenty of activities to do inside the Vidanta resort, or you can venture out to the city! Downtown Puerto Vallarta is about 40 minute drive from Vidanta, so we do recommend staying within the resort.

Saturday, December 6 from 9-1pm For anyone who is interested, we have pickle ball courts reserved on Saturday morning. You can bring your own paddles, or rent them at the Golf Pro Shop. Show up and bring your competitive energy!

If you are looking to book an excursion for the day, Vallarta Adventures has the best deals for both private and group tours. You can book through the website yourself, or the concierge can help book any excursions once you arrive at Vidanta.
