In the grand dumpster fire that was 2020, Jenny and Kelly had both reached the same conclusion: dating apps were a cruel joke. Jenny had endured one too many awkward conversations, including one where there was an attempt to serenade her but clearly without singing lessons. Meanwhile, Kelly had his fair share of disasters, including escaping a 5 stage clinger. Both had agreed: love could take a rain check. But then came The Friends-those meddling, well-meaning friends who refused to let them spiral into Netflix-induced solitude. Jenny saw Kellys profile. He had a smile that screamed, I make great pancakes and probably say bless you to strangers. She was intrigued. Kelly saw Jennys eyes and immediately thought, Wow. If I dont message her, my ancestors will haunt me. After many awkward but great text messages back and forth, they decided to meet. In public. With masks. Like rebels. Red Dog Saloon in Milford became the setting of their epic first date. They sanitized everything like they were on a crime scene, then tried to flirt through face coverings. Date number two was a spontaneous trip to Frankenmuth Brewery where Jenny introduced Kelly to better beer and Kelly introduced Jenny to rivers. Somehow, in the most ridiculous year ever, Jenny and Kelly found each other. All it took was a global crisis, a final swipe, and a shared appreciation for good beer and awkward charm. And honestly? It was kind of perfect.

We are beyond honored to have Uncle Hank officiate our wedding day. Over the years, he's been a steady presence, a source of wisdom, laughter, and unwavering support-not just to the groom, but to both of us as a couple. His deep kindness, quick wit, and genuine heart have made him someone we've always looked up to, and there was never a doubt in our minds that he was the perfect person to help us say "I do." Having him guide us into this next chapter of our lives makes the moment all the more meaningful. We can't wait to be married by someone who knows us, loves us, and has played such an important role in our story.

Uncle Hank

From sleepovers in the living room quoting FRIENDS word for word, to jam sessions in my car where little Amanda sang her heart out like a pop star in training, she's been one of my favorite sidekicks since forever. Amanda is the sister who will always be a safe space to go to, offer an an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, and a wise and heartfelt piece of advice. Now she's all grown up (somehow?!) and standing by my side as one of my Maids of Honor-which feels just right, because she's been there for every important moment, big and small, with loyalty and love. I can't imagine this day without her, mostly because she'd never let me do something this major without her anyway.

My other favorite sidekick, the sister that brings the sass, keeps it real, and somehow manages to be both hilarious and loving at the same time. From those endless sleepovers-again watching nothing but FRIENDS and clapping every time to watching her become the powerhouse mom she is today-she's always been the perfect combo of fierce and full of heart. Danielle is the sister who will hype you up, call you out, and love you harder than anyone else. Having her by my side as Maid of Honor just makes sense-because no big life moment is complete without a little Danielle flavor.

Every great story needs a great soundtrack-and ours is being played by someone very special.

David is my younger brother, though "younger" barely begins to describe the brilliance packed into him. He's quiet, so you might not hear him first in a crowded room, but when he does speak, it's usually something sharp, dry, and completely hilarious. He has a wit that sneaks up on you-and a mind I've admired for as long as I've known him.

Rory and Kelly have a bond that's basically a masterclass in "No words necessary." These two could stand side-by-side, just listening to each other breathe, and somehow it's still the perfect conversation. Rory's the quiet guy who knows how to be there-no drama, just solid , steady friendship-20 years of it.

Renee and I haven't known each other forever-it just seriously feels like we have. From the moment we met, it was an instant connection, nonstop laughter, and a little bit of, "oh no...we might be trouble together." And let's just say, the world has agreed. But beneath the chaos, dance-floor antics, and many Mexican dinner runs, there's a friendship built on real love. As the cool kids say, she's my ride or die! I had the honor of standing by her side on her big day, and now she's standing by me on mine and I couldn't be more thankful to have her there laughing, crying, and probably spilling champagne next to me as I say "I do."

Renee Joiner

Chris is Kelly's nephew and side kick in all shenanigans. Always ready to jump in and help him out-whether it's with wedding stuff or just life in general-Chris has proven himself the ultimate right-hand man. But don't let that fool you-he's also the guy who loves to give Kelly a hard time just for the fun of it. Whether it's teasing, friendly banter, or a quick sarcastic joke, Chris keeps things lively and reminds Kelly not to take life (or himself) too seriously.

Chris Daniels

Rebecca and I met about 7 years ago at work-a place where coffee flows like water and pretending to look busy is an art form. Somehow, between endless emails and questionable snack choices, we became the ultimate work besties to everyday life besties! From surviving meetings to swapping hilarious "Did that just happen?" stories, Rebecca has been my partner in crime for office shenanigans and beyond. I'm lucky to have her standing next to me on the big day...mostly because I know she's got my back and the emergency snacks.

Toby has known Kelly longer than some-which means he has way too much dirt on him to not be in the wedding party. They've been friends since the days of questionable fashion choices and dumb decisions (so basically yesterday). Through all the years (and probably several near-death adventures), Toby has stuck around. Maybe out of loyalty, maybe because it's just too late to make new friends-we may never know. What we do know is that when Kelly needs someone to remind him of his most embarrassing moments at exactly the wrong time, Toby's there. He's sarcastic, steady, still shows up on time-and possibly the reason Kelly needs a drink before the ceremony.

Don't let his age fool you-PJ-our quick-witted and funny nephew- might be only seven, but he's already a walking encyclopedia of football knowledge and has music taste that rivals most adults. Whether he's breaking down game stats like a seasoned analyst or surprising us with his favorite throwback tunes, he keeps everyone on their toes (and the dance floor). He's smart, cool, and full of personality, and we're so lucky to have him play such a special role in our day. We can't wait to see him shine as our ring bearer-and he might just steal the show!

Enter Amy-our sweet 6 -year-old niece who lights up every room she walks into. With a heart as big as her smile and a giggle that shines brighter than the sun, she brings pure joy wherever she goes. Whether she's lending a helping hand or making us laugh with her sweet and silly spirit, Amy reminds us daily what love and kindness looks like. We're so excited to have her as our flower girl, sprinkling petals (and sunshine) down the aisle.

Meet our Very Important Pups (VIPs): Winnie, our corgi and "Dog of Honor," will be proudly prancing down the aisle on her short but mighty legs, while Harley, our gentile mastiff mix and "Guardian of the Vows," will be keeping a watchful, loving eye on all the wedding festivities. They're not just part of our day-they're part of our family.
