Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The View at Emerald Lake. 9750 Tournament Dr, Matthews, NC 28104

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn. Reception will be inside the ballroom.

Daily high temperatures in Charlotte in May range from 75-83 degrees. In the evening the temperatures will decrease to a low typically around 60 degrees.

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive 20-30 minutes early to mingle and be seated.

We prefer to have an unplugged ceremony. Please let our professional photographers capture the special moments during the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception as you wish!

Guests are asked to reply by April 1, 2025. In order to meet our final deadlines for venue seating & catering, we will not be able to accommodate responses after this date.

Invitations will be addressed to the invited parties, so if your invitation says "and guest", we have saved space for a +1 to accompany you. If not, your invitation is just for you.
