The wedding attire is semi-formal or dressy casual, so please plan your outfit accordingly. We kindly ask that jeans, t-shirts, and sweats be avoided. The ceremony and reception are outdoor on a lawn, so wedges or flats are recommended as heels may sink in the grass. Additionally, ladies, please refrain from wearing white or ivory as those colors are reserved for the bride. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes, an RSVP is required for all guests. This is essential for planning ceremony seating and catering. Please be sure to RSVP by May 12th.

While we would love to celebrate our special day with everyone, we kindly ask that only those specifically listed on the invitation attend, as we cannot accommodate additional guests. Our venue has a strict capacity limit.

Parking permits are issued to hotel registered guests only at a rate of $15 per day. There is a city lot adjacent to the hotel next to the Oceanside Yacht Club. Please be sure to avoid parking spaces labeled "slip renter parking' as those will warrant a ticket.

Yes! After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour held on the venue grounds, followed by a late lunch/early dinner buffet. Once dining is complete, we'll head to the Pacific Room at the hotel for dancing and celebration!

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure everyone is seated in time for the start.
