It all began in February 2022, though the story had really started before that - for her, at least. She always had a big crush on him. So, one day, she did something bold and told him she liked him and asked him out. Thankfully, he said yes. From that very first date, something clicked, and they were inseparable from the start. Three months into dating, they went on a trip to Portugal and that's where they really fell in love. A year later, they moved into their first apartment together and that's when they knew that this was forever. One year after they bought their first house together. a real home to grow into. Jenn was just waiting for him to pop the question! And then finally, on July 18, 2025, Jay got down on one knee. And of course, she said yes! Now, they're heading back to the very place where it all began. Portugal!!

What is the best way to get to Evora and how far is it from Lisbon? Evora is about an hour from Lisbon. The drive is easy if you'd prefer to rent a car or there are trains and busses that take you right from Lisbon to Evora. Here is a link to all the buses and trains:https://www.omio.com/ If we are not staying at the venue, are there Ubers or taxis?Yes, there are tons. We definitely recommend having the Uber app. In Portugal, they also have a ride app called Bolt. We recommend downloading that app as well. If you are looking for a ride back to your accomodations after the welcome party &amp; wedding, you can just go to the front desk and they will call one for you. Is there parking on site?Yes, there's parking available at the venue for anyone that will be driving. What will the dinner menu look like?Dinner will have a starter, meat dish, sorbet, fish dish and dessert. Everyone will be served the same meals unless an allergy or dietary restriction was specified. Is breakfast included at the venue? Yes, breakfast is included for those staying at the venue. What is the weather like in Evora in July? Hot. We will be outside for most of the wedding day so dress appropriately.
