Yes, there will be a bus to take guests to and from the venue / throughout the night. The first bus will leave the hotel at 3:20 and it is about a 20 minute drive. Buses will halt during the ceremony and cocktail hour and resume at 6:00 once dinner begins.

There will be parking available at the venue. You can also park at the hotel and take the shuttle to the venue. It will be running throughout the entire evening.

Yes. They will both take place at Northfork Farm.

The ceremony will be outside in the shade with fans provided. The cocktail hour will be both inside the air conditioned tent and outside. The reception will be inside an air conditioned tent.

Yes! There will be light fare and drinks served at cocktail hour followed by a full dinner. Vegetarian options will be available. Drinks will be served until 10:45 and there will be a late night snack during the reception.

There is a strict end time at 11:00 based on county rules. An after party will be hosted at the lobby with beer and seltzers to be served!
