MAY I BRING MY CHILDREN?
Regretfully, we cannot accommodate everyone's children. The only children that are included for our wedding are our flower girls and ring bearer. Please come and enjoy a well-deserved, kid free night!
ARE GUESTS ALLOWED A PLUS ONE?
Although we wish we could invite everyone, only those specifically addressed on the invitations can be accommodated. If a guest is included, it will be noted on the invitation (and website) when you RSVP.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
Please plan to arrive by 2:30pm. The ceremony starts at 3pm.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We would like everyone to dress in cocktail/semi-formal attire.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
Yes, there is plenty of parking within a short walk.
HOW DO I ALERT YOU TO A DIETARY RESTRICTION/ALERGY?
Please include it in the space provided on the website RSVP.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
No, we have limited specialty cocktails until it runs out and then it would be a cash bar for beer, wine, and anything else.
MAY I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY/RECEPTION?
We have hired an amazing team of photographers who will capture our event. During the ceremony, we ask that you put your phones away and be present with us. You are welcome to take pictures during the reception, however we ask you not block our professionals. We will share a link for you to upload all of your pictures to so we can also enjoy and share them.
HAVE YOU BOOKED HOTEL ROOM BLOCKS FOR GUESTS?
No, we have not.
ARE THERE ANY COLORS I SHOULD AVOID WEARING?
We kindly ask you to avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories and creams. Also the bridal party will be in navy blue and burnt orange if you could please avoid those colors as well if you can. We would appreciate it.
IS THERE A GIFT REGISTRY?
Yes! Your presence at our wedding is a gift in itself. If you feel inclined to give more, please contribute to our honeymoon fund!
IS THE CEREMONY/RECEPTION INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?
The ceremony is planned to take place outside

HOW CAN I SHARE THE PICTURES I TAKE WITH THE BRIDE AND GROOM?
On the tables and around the event space, there will be cards with a QR code for you to use to share your pictures with us.
