It was July of 2020 - The Pandemic was in full swing, and life as everyone knew it was more than a little weird.

We started chatting on Facebook - and had no idea a mutual love of Tacos and Pizza would be the beginning of some of the most beautiful days to come.

Our first date was supposed to be Tacos. Evan said he knew where to get "the best Tacos in DFW..." and I was more than willing to give it a shot. As the days went by and we talked more and more, we realized we didn't want to wait for the taco date, and instead decided on Pizza (that Evan made) and seltzer at Evan's apt.

Pizza and seltzer quickly found us still talking at 3am, and talking again the next day, and before we knew it we weren't spending a single day apart.

Evan proposed 2 days before Christmas in 2021 after he blamed the "gnomes in the cabinet" for hanging on to the ring for so long... and here we are just about a year later - planning our forever!
