We request guest arrive around 5 PM before the start of our ceremony to settle into their seats. The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). Guest will then be directed to the cocktail hour with dinner and dancing to follow.

We prefer our guest in formal attire for the evening. Our only requirement is that you don't forget your dancing shoes!

When guest RSVP online they can kindly let us know if they have any dietary restrictions for the evening. Please inform us if you have any of the following: allergies, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or vegetarian and the venue will do its best to accommodate your meals accordingly.

We love your little ones, we really do! In order to allow all guests, including parents, a night of relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding reception to be an adult only occasion.

A shuttle will be provided for those who choose to stay at the hotel which is approximately 10 minutes from our venue. Shuttle times will be displayed in the hotel lobby the day of. If there are any questions about shuttle times please feel free to ask hotel concierge.

Complimentary valet or self parking is available to our guest at The Hamilton Manor.

Hamilton, New Jersey is filled with so many hidden gems if you are traveling from out of town! We recommend visiting Sayen House and Garden, or Grounds for Sculpture if you are interested in seeing beautiful May blooms. It is also minutes away from amusement parks and museums. Feel free to dine at one of the lovely restaurants in the area, as well.
