Please arrive at the venue by 5:00 pm. If you are taking the shuttle from the Minerals Hotel or Grand Cascades Lodge, please ensure you are ready by 4:30 pm for departure.

The dress code is cocktail attire. Please keep in mind, the ceremony will be held outdoors as weather permits.

Yes, we have room blocks available at both the Minerals Hotel and Grand Cascades Lodge for April 17-18 and April 18-19. Details for booking are provided on the "Hotel Accommodations" tab of this website. If you will need accommodations, please reserve your room as soon as possible. Room blocks are limited.

A shuttle will be provided that runs from the Minerals Hotel and Grand Cascades Lodge to the venue at 4:30 pm and will return guests to the hotel after the end of the reception. For those driving to the venue, there is free parking at the venue for all guests.

The dinner menu will be provided on-site during the reception, so you do not need to provide entree selections prior to the wedding. If you have any dietary restrictions, please provide this information when you RSVP.
