Room Block Detail We will have hotel rooms blocked at Crystal Spring located at the Minerals Hotel building. All units will be held for guests until 45 days prior to the start date of the room block. On Tuesday, February 3, 2026, all unreserved rooms will be released for sale. Discounted rates are only available up to 45 days prior to the wedding weekend. If booking after the 45 days, the existing rate at the time of reservation will apply. · If you wish to maintain the room block, you will assume responsibility for prepayment by check or credit card for any room nights you wish to continue holding in your name beyond the cutoff date. This will be a non-refundable, non-cancelable reservation. · All guests are encouraged to make reservations as early as possible by calling toll free 866-921-0422 prompt #2 (hotel) for reservations. The first night’s room rate and taxes will be collected at time of reservation. • Cancellation of individual reservations requires 7 days’ advance notice. Cancellations received after 7 days prior to arrival date will result in a cancellation charge of the first nights’ room and tax. • Check In/Out: Please advise that check in time is 4:00 pm and our check out time is 11:00am.
