San Francisco International Airport
One option is to fly into SFO as this will have the most direct flights for out of town guests. We suggest renting a car (approx. 1.5 hour drive / 80 miles) to Windsor.
Important: If you drive from SFO, there are two (2) routes to take you to Windsor, one of which takes you over the Golden Gate bridge. Please note the Golden Gate toll road does not allow for cash payment so you will need your rental car to provide a toll pass, whereas, taking the Bay Bridge allows a cash toll payment.
airbnb or Vrbo Vacation Rentals
We recommend looking into airbnb or Vrbo Vacation Rentals especially if you're traveling in groups of friends or family. Many of the small towns in the Sonoma area are a short 15-minute Uber to the venue and have so much to offer.
This is a great option if you're looking to extend your trip or explore nearby towns. We love the Healdsburg and Windsor areas and recommend starting your search there!
Hampton Inn & Suites Windsor - Sonoma Wine Country

We have secured a room block at the Hampton Inn - Windsor for our wedding weekend. For our discounted rate, either use the personal link or call and mention "Pastore/Pfersdorf Wedding."
We will be providing a shuttle to and from the venue from this hotel.
Additionally, the above rates will be offered, on a space-available and rate-available basis, to our wedding guests 2 days prior and 2 days after the dates of the wedding, if you'd like to extend your trip.
Oakland International Airport
Another option is to fly into OAK (Oakland International Airport) and rent a car (approx. 1 hour, 20 minutes / 80 miles).
Oakland's airport at times has more cost efficient flights than SFO and typically fewer delays.
Hilton Garden Inn Sonoma County Airport
While we are unable to offer a room block to this hotel, it's a great alternative if our room blocks are sold out and/or for families and groups of friends wanting to share condo-like hotel rooms.
It's a 10-minute uber/lyft to the venue or to our hotel room blocks where our shuttle will be able to pick-up and drop-off.
Sonoma County Airport
The last and closest option is Sonoma County Airport (STS). It's approximately a 10-15 minute drive from Windsor so you can take an Uber/Lyft to the town.
This airport has a limited number of commercial flights but does have direct flights from Los Angeles (LAX), Denver, Minneapolis, Dallas, Phoenix, San Diego, along with a few others.
Connecting flights may be available from Chicago but it may not be the most price conscious.

While we are unable to offer a room block to this hotel, it's a great alternative if our room blocks are sold out and/or for families and groups of friends wanting to share condo-like hotel rooms.

Uber & Lyft
Ubers and Lfyt are a great option whether you choose to rent a car or not. There are many cute wine counties to explore nearby. Please check the "Things to Do" tab for activities, restaurants, and more to do around Sonoma County!
Please note, the venue will not allow for anyone to drive and park on-site. We will be providing shuttles but you may also choose to Uber/Lyft to the venue.
