No! Stay wherever you are comfortable. There are plenty of hotel options within 10 miles of the venue. But please note, the shuttle bus will leave from and return to the Sheraton Suites Hotel, and we have a block of rooms reserved at both the Sheraton Suites and the Comfort Inn & Suites.

Garden cocktail party attire (semi-formal)

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony! Please refrain from taking photos or videos until after the bride and groom have walked back down the aisle as husband and wife.

The bridesmaids will be wearing 5 different shades of solid pink.

The shuttle will arrive at the hotel at 3:30 p.m. for anyone wishing to take it to the venue.

Check-in is at 4pm, and since that coincides with the beginning of the wedding festivities, there is no guarantee guests arriving on Saturday will be able to check-in to the hotel prior to the wedding. However, if you do arrive early and there is a room available by chance, you will be able to check-in. The hotel will store any luggage for those who are unable to check-in prior to getting on the shuttle or driving to the venue. With all that said, we recommend getting a hotel room for Friday and Saturday night if it's feasible to do so.

Yes! If you are unable to check in to your room early, you'll be able to store your luggage at the hotel until you arrive at the end of the night and can check in. Just arrive all ready for the wedding and hop on the shuttle.

Yes! The ceremony is outside (weather permitting) and cocktail hour is indoor/outdoor.
