Our StoryDaniel and Jennifer met on July 27th, 2024, and from the very first moment, something just clicked. It was love at first sight—the kind of instant connection that makes you believe in fate. Since that day, they've been inseparable, building a life full of laughter, deep conversations, spontaneous adventures, and quiet moments that mean everything.What started as a single date quickly became forever. In just one incredible year, they've blended their families, created a home filled with love, and even welcomed a feisty little cat into their hearts. Every step of the journey has only brought them closer.Now, exactly one year later, on July 27th, 2025, they’re thrilled to invite friends and family to witness what will officially be their second date—their wedding day. It’s the beginning of the next beautiful chapter, and they can’t wait to celebrate it with all of you.

Emily is not just Jennifer's daughter, but also her (second) best friend. At 19, she is known for her kindness, humor, and unwavering sense of responsibility. A true girls' girl, Emily has a heart that welcomes everyone, making her loved by all who meet her. She is honored to stand by her mother's side on this special day and welcome Daniel and his daughter Bayleigh into the family.

Bayleight is Daniel's 23 year old daughter and the perfect choice to stand as his 'Best Man'. Growing up with a father like Daniel, she learned what it means to be a 'Great Man' and she embodies those qualities every day. A proud Oregon transplant from Paradise, California, Bayleigh shares her dad's love for adventure, especially fishing. She's honored to support her father and welcome Jennifer and Emily into the family.

Mother of the Bride – Teresa Carlson
Affectionately known as “Mother Teresa” by those who know and love her, Teresa Carlson is the true embodiment of grace, patience, and unconditional love. Her calm presence and radiant kindness have been a guiding light throughout Jennifer’s life and to so many others. Teresa exudes warmth in every word and action, and her ability to love with her whole heart makes every room brighter. We are endlessly grateful for her support, her spirit, and the steady foundation of love she’s built for this special day and beyond.

Mother of the Groom – Valerie :

Valerie, the groom’s wonderful mother, brings warmth, kindness, and a welcoming spirit to everyone she meets. Hailing from sunny California, she’s the kind of person who instantly makes you feel at home with her friendly nature and generous heart. We’re so grateful for the love and support she’s given Daniel over the years—and so happy to have her as part of this special celebration.


Sister of the Groom – Carrie :

Carrie is Daniel’s amazing sister and one of the most grounded, graceful people you’ll ever meet. A devoted family woman with a heart of gold, she radiates calm, joy, and a quiet strength that brings people together. Whether she’s offering wise advice or simply being her sunshiny self, Carrie lights up every room she enters. We’re lucky to call her family.

While no one could ever replace the bride’s late father, Rick Nail has been a steady, loving, and deeply meaningful presence in Jennifer’s life for as long as she can remember. More than just a dear friend—Rick has been a true mentor, protector, and paternal figure through every chapter. His wisdom, warmth, and unwavering support have helped shape the woman Jennifer is today. Having him by her side on this special day is not only a comfort, but a beautiful reminder that family is built not just by blood, but by heart.

Our amazing son-in-law, Cristofer, officially became part of our family when he married our daughter, Emily Reames, last year—but in our hearts, he had already been there long before. Cristofer is the kind of person every parent hopes their child will find: kind, supportive, respectful, and full of integrity. He’s not only been a devoted partner to Emily but has also become the best friend and son we always hoped for. We’re so grateful to call him family and can’t wait to share this next chapter of life together.

Jeff has always been more than just a big brother—he’s been Jennifer’s lifelong protector, cheerleader, and friend. An incredibly talented artist, his creativity is matched only by the love he’s shown his little sister over the years. From day one, he treated her like a princess, always ready with a paint brush in one hand and a helping hand in the other. His presence brings heart, humor, and a whole lot of love to this special day.

John Frazer has been in Jennifer’s life for as long as anyone can remember—and thank goodness for that! A gifted photographer and even better friend, John has captured countless memories over the years, including the kind you can’t frame (like all the inside jokes and lovingly relentless teasing). Their bond is more like siblings than friends: full of laughter, sarcasm, and a whole lot of love. We’re beyond grateful to have John behind the lens (and probably making Jennifer laugh until she cries) on this unforgettable day.

Robert Pyle was Jennifer’s very first friend when she moved to Oregon in middle school. On her first day, feeling a little lost and sitting alone at lunch, Robert bounced over with his signature smile and instantly made her feel welcome. That simple act of kindness turned into a lifelong friendship full of laughter, loyalty, and unforgettable memories. Robert has been by Jennifer’s side ever since, and it means the world to both of us that he’s sharing his incredible talent by photographing our wedding as a gift. We’re beyond grateful to have him capturing the joy of this special day, just as he’s been a part of so many joyful moments in our lives.

Ben Baumgarten isn’t just officiating our wedding—he’s helping us take off into this next chapter with heart, humor, and wisdom. A trusted friend and someone who truly understands love, Ben brings a meaningful presence to our ceremony, and we’re honored to have him guide us into “I do.”

His incredible wife, Michelle Baumgarten, is a professional Wedding Coordinator and the behind-the-scenes hero making sure everything runs like a well-timed flight (because if anyone can keep a wedding running on schedule, it’s a professional coordinator with her level of grace and skill!). With her at the helm, we know our day will take off and land perfectly. We couldn’t be more grateful to have this dynamic duo on board.

Sweet Treats & Sweet Beats – 

Brian Proctor-Snow, the owner and creative genius behind Uncle B’s Sweets, is not only crafting the desserts for our big day—he’s also a cherished friend of the bride. Brian’s heart is as rich as his recipes, and every treat he creates is made with love, artistry, and just the right amount of sass. We’re so lucky to have his delicious touch adding sweetness to our celebration.

His husband, Justin Snow, will be setting the vibe as our wedding DJ—and trust us, we’re in very good hands. As the powerhouse lead vocalist of the band Hardway Bend, Justin brings serious talent, soul, and style to everything he does. With his deep love for music and natural showmanship, he’s guaranteed to keep the dance floor alive and unforgettable.

Together, Brian and Justin are not only a dynamic couple—we’re honored to call them friends and thrilled to have them play such special roles in our day.

Karyn Wolfe has been a cherished friend of the bride for many years, and their bond is filled with laughter, shared adventures, and unforgettable memories—including the time Karyn taught Jennifer how to play softball. (Their forever inside joke: “Step, Point, Throw!”) Karyn is not only a wonderful friend but also an incredibly talented professional engraver. We’re honored that she has lent her creative touch to our wedding by designing one-of-a-kind engraved favors for our guests. Her artistry and love are in every detail, and we’re so grateful to have her as part of our celebration.

We are so incredibly grateful for Lizzy Silva, our amazing venue and dinner coordinator — and so much more. Lizzy has been a part of the bride’s extended family ever since her daughter and Jennifer’s daughter became best friends in high school. Her warmth, attention to detail, and passion for creating meaningful moments have brought so much heart to our celebration. Lizzy’s love for her family, her faith, and the good she brings into the world shine through in everything she does. We couldn’t imagine this day without her and her beautiful family.
