Q + A

When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask to have all RSVPs by August 1st, 2025. This will ensure we have a head count for the venue and caterer. You can RSVP on our website or contact one of us directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by the specified date we will assume you are not able to make it and mark you down as "not attending".

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults only event with the exceptions of a few that will be a part of our ceremony. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! we appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is cocktail attire. Please no jeans, sneakers, white, or orange (bridesmaids dresses will be terracotta). Thank you!

What time should I arrive?

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite. We ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to sign the guest book and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!

Where can I park for the ceremony/reception?

The venue has a complimentary shuttle service for guests to get to and from the venue. The shuttle can be arranged to pick up guests staying within 30 minutes of the venue. If you would prefer, there is a parking lot at the bottom of the hill for the shuttle to pick you up as well. Parking is not available at the venue for guests.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

We are very limited on the number of people we can have at our venue. Your invite will be made out to "Your Name & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

We will be having an unplugged ceremony (no mobile phones or cameras) so please do not take any photos during this time. We have amazing professional photographers to capture these memories which we will share with you. Please feel free to take as many photos as you like before and after the ceremony. Please do not upload any photos on social media of the bride or groom until they have had the opportunity to do so.
