The venue, The Boulders at Black Canyon Inn, has lodging on site. We recommend booking as soon as possible, since we are unable to hold rooms and June is peak season. We also recommend Holiday Inn Estes Park (Previously The Ridgeline Hotel). More info can be found on the "Lodging/Travel" tab.

Yes - the shuttle will pick up and drop off at The Holiday Inn Estes Park (101 S St Vrain Ave). There is limited parking available at the venue so we recommend parking at the hotel and taking the shuttle to the venue even if you are not staying at the hotel.

Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. This means your favorite LBD/cocktail dress or suit and tie!

You can expect the weather to be in the 70s in June in Estes Park. However, we highly recommend packing layers as temperatures can vary in the mountains!
