YES! There will be a shuttle that will pick up guests from hotels (only the two in the room block) to take to the reception and will run at the end of the night to take guest back! Specific times will be announced later!

The reception will be held in the West Expo Building. Park in the grass parking area indicated in the picture below! If staying at the hotel - the shuttle will pick you up there and bring you over!
