Please RSVP on our website by July 19, 2024. Having all RSVPs by July 19th will ensure that our vendors prepare enough food and refreshments for everyone in attendance.

The dress code is cocktail. Suits, formal separates, cocktail dresses, and formal dresses are welcome. Please note that the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will take place at the estate's covered patio. For guest attire inspiration photos, please see the "Attire" section of this wedding website.

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM, we recommend that guests arrive by 4:00 PM to ensure that they can be comfortably seated on time.

We ask that our guests join us for an unplugged ceremony without cell phones or personal cameras aside from a "social media minute". At the beginning of our ceremony, our officiant will invite guests to partake in a "social media minute". During this time, you are welcome to take photos on your personal devices. Afterward, we ask that devices are stored away so that we can be present in the moment together.

The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors in the Groesbeck Estate's garden. Please note that walking on grass will be necessary to reach the ceremony seating. The reception will be held under the estate's covered patio. In the case of rain, the ceremony will be moved to the covered patio.

Yes, the Groesbeck Estate has a large gravel parking lot.

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner with a selection of meat and vegetarian dishes.

The health and comfort of our guests are top priorities for us. We ask that you please specify any dietary restrictions or allergies in your RSVP so that we can make arrangements to meet your needs.

The reception will end at 10:30 pm with the last-call for the bar being at 10:00 pm.
