The room block includes three different style rooms (Studio King, 2 room King & 2 room Queen) for the nights of Thursday July 29th and Friday July 30th. Breakfast will be included in the room rate.

Please book as early as possible to take advantage of the room block.

Transportation to and from the venue (about 7 minutes away from the hotel) will be provided throughout the night.

Shuttle times from Stone House to Embassy Suites: 11:05 and 11:25

Shuttle will be available throughout the night to return to Embassy Suites at any point during the event.
