Due to venue liability, unfortunately, our wedding is for kids aged 12+ only. We hope you can enjoy a night away!

Please see the "Travel" page for recommended hotels in the area. Bride and Groom will be staying in downtown Bellevue at 'The W' the night before and night of the wedding. We did NOT block off rooms at a specific hotel to allow everyone to choose a budget best for them.

Cocktail attire but prepare for Washington fall weather. Weather permitting, we will have ceremony on upper lawn. *Ladies! Please note there is gravel walkway to lawn. (If it rains, we will hold ceremony inside or under a tent on the patio.) Reception will be held on the patio under a tent with an indoor area and dance floor. We will have heaters outside if necessary.

Please be at venue by 4:15pm for our 4:30pm ceremony! If the weather is nice, it's a decent walk to the upper lawn.

Yes! Self-parking will be off to the right side of building in a field. Cars CANNOT stay overnight!

We will have an open bar following the ceremony! We will have white and red wines produced by the venue as well as beer options. Hard alcohol will be available but limited. (Cash tips are appreciated by your bartender but not necessary)

Cocktail hour will consist of several passed appetizers. We will be having a plated dinner so be sure to submit which food item you would like when you RSVP - filet mignon, salmon, or wild mushroom pasta (vegetarian). See "Dinner Menu" page for full information.

Our local Snohomish Pie Co. will be supplying several flavors of mini pies. Perfect for fall! Wedding cake will be from Nothing Bundt Cake with red velvet and confetti options along with Bundtini cupcakes in other flavors.

Bride and Groom will be continuing their night at the W Living Room Bar in Downtown Bellevue. Anyone who would like to join is more than welcome!

We will be leaving for Kauai, Hawaii the following week!
