Galena is 2.5 hours west of Chicago, and a little over 2 hours from O'Hare International Airport.

Galena is a popular tourist destination in the summer time, so please consider booking early! Bobby and Jenny have sent out the save the dates and information so far in advance to give guests time to coordinate and book the best accommodations to ensure a weekend full of fun! *The Galena Territory via Airbnb/Vrbo (a great option, however you will have to get to the Eagle Ridge Resort main lodge for the wedding shuttle)

*Off-site (So many great options, but you will have to arrange your own transportation to the wedding!)

We encourage guests to book one of the many options for accommodations at Eagle Ridge Resort due to the ease of transportation. Please note, there is no hotel block.

The resort has a variety of options for hotel rooms, condos, townhouses and full houses for rent. Within the resort there is round the clock complimentary transportation to any of the amenities including golf, boating, restaurants, swimming pools, house to house and much more! Transportation will be arranged between the venue and the Eagle Ridge Resort campus.

The Galena Territory is the overarching area, in which Eagle Ridge Resort is nestled in. People own private residences, many of which you can rent out. The Galena Territory acts as an HOA/country club to the neighborhood.

You may also rent houses within The Galena Territory that will provide you full access to The Galena Territory amenities.

It is worth noting if you rent with Airbnb/VRBO, you will NOT have access to the 24/7 shuttle service around the area. You will be able to use the shuttle to the wedding venue, however you will be responsible for getting to the shuttle! Please keep this in mind when booking a house, some houses can be quite spread out!
