Tony & I swiped yes to liking each other on a dating app. He had some country song pickup line I replied to... and the rest was history. After our first date at the bar I remember leaving the parking lot and thinking to myself wow I am going to marry this man one day. We kept spending time with each other almost every day after that and grew closer to one another. A few months later he found himself on a family vacation with all of the Flood's and once he survived that week I just knew he was the man for me.

February 18 2023.

The best day of our lives. It started out as our normal tradition of celebrating Valentine's weekend down at Cape May. Little did I know that Tony had a whole surprise proposal waiting for me. When we got down to Cape May , first we checked into our cottage at Willow Creek Winery. After getting ready for our Lobster House date dinner Tony mentioned he wanted to catch the sunset at a spot called Sunset Beach since he has never been before. I have been numerous times so I thought nothing special of him wanting to go. After we got out of the car and walked toward the beach filled with numerous people , all it took was a few steps in the sand for Tony to reach into his jacket pocket and getting down on one knee asking me to be his wife. I was speechless and I am pretty sure he blacked out on what he wanted to say to me, but it was the easiest YES of my life!

Not only did he hire a professional photographer for a special proposal shoot on the beach he also surprised me with my whole family waiting for us at the Lobster House for our very own engagement party. This day was everything I could of dreamed of and he could have not made it any more special.
