The wedding will take place at the Riu Vallarta Resort in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico.
Where should I plan on staying?
Book the Riu Vallarta Resort in Nuevo Vallarta—you can use any third party like Orbitz, kayak, etc. Just make sure you reach out to the property after booking or during booking if given the option and let them know you will be attending the wedding.
How long should I go for?
You can join us for as long as you would like—we will be at the resort from July 17th-July 24th, 2024.
What accommodations should I book?
We recommend booking a package with your flight and the all-inclusive Riu Vallarta Resort in Nuevo Vallarta. The resort will charge an extra fee if you don’t stay there so please plan on staying at the Riu Vallarta or you will be responsible for paying this per person fee.
How do I get to the resort?
Take an Uber or Lyft from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport—PVR). This will be the most cost effective ride to the resort—please note that you will have to cross a pedestrian bridge at the airport to get to the ride-share pick-up location. From there, it will be about a 30 minute Uber/Lyft ride to the Resort area.
What if I can't make it?
If you can't make it to the wedding, no worries--please let us know as soon as possible so that we can have an accurate guest count to the hotel.
Okay, I booked my accommodations, now what?
If you already booked your accommodations please RSVP yes and I will be in touch on March 1st so that I can get a final guest list to the hotel.
