Here is the fine print:

- Guests must reserve no later than Wednesday, September 27, 2023 to be guaranteed a room in the block at the special rate.

- Guests must provide a credit card at the time the reservation is made. (No deposits are necessary.)

- Guests may cancel their reservations without penalty no later than 3pm the day before arrival.

- Guests will need to provide a valid ID and form of payment at check-in (it can be the same card it was reserved with, but does not have to be).

- We do require a refundable $50 credit card authorization for security purposes upon check-in that is released at check-out less any incidentals or damages.

- Check-in is guaranteed anytime after 3pm and check-out is 12pm. Early check-in and late check-out requests are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

- The hot breakfast buffet is open from 6am-10am and the indoor pool and hot tub are open from 6am-10pm.
