We have reserved a room block at the Madison Hotel.

If you have any issues reserving rooms (i.e. the site says the room block is full) please let us know directly and we'll reach out to the hotel to resolve the issue. Breakfast will be served from 7:30am-10:00am daily. A $20 food &amp; soft drink restaurant credit will be made available for each night you have reserved- this can be used at either the GK Red Dog Tavern or Rod's Steak &amp; Seafood Grill (both are onsite restaurants). Please reserve your room before August 20th, 2025.

We have also reserved a room block at the Hyatt House which is about a 5 minute ride from our venue. Transportation from the Hyatt House to the Madison and back will be provided. If the weather is nice (which hopefully it is!) you can visit the The Frelinghuysen Arboretum. This 127-acre preserve, which surrounds a historic Colonial-Revival mansion and its formal gardens, offers self-guided nature trails with all trees and shrubs labeled as reference.

Morristown Game Vault

For our history friends- Morristown National Historical Park commemorates the sites of General Washington and the Continental army’s winter encampment of December 1779 to June 1780. The park also maintains a museum &amp; library collection related to the encampments &amp; George Washington, as well as items relating to pre- and post-Revolutionary America.

GK's Red Dog Tavern is located right in our venue and serves a little bit of everything. If you're staying at the Madison Hotel your room reservation includes a $20 (per night that you're staying) credit that can be used on food &amp; soft drinks here.
