If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation, that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP is Monday, May 6th, 2024. If we do not get a RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as “No”. We have to provide total guest amounts to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVPs, we hope you understand!

We would LOVE to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! The dress code is open from cocktail - formal wear. This meaning no jeans, sneakers or any casual wear. However we want everyone to feel comfortable in what they’re wearing!

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception to an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this as a date night to relax, socialize and dance! Thank you for understanding!

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “[Your name] & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices are put away and on silent/ turned off during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers to capture this special day and we’d hate for their shots to have phones in them! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want!

The ceremony will take place outside under two big beautiful willow trees. Be prepared to walk on grass majority of the night. Ladies choose those shoes wisely! The reception and party into the night will take place all outdoors. Cocktail hour and the bar will be set up in a barn as well as throughout the outdoor grass area. Dinner and speeches guests will be seated under tents. Then you can dance the night away under the stars!

Yes! Tonight’s drinks are free, tomorrows stories will be priceless.

Parking at the venue is limited. We strongly encourage leaving your car at one of the hotels (even if you’re not staying at a hotel), and taking the provided bus to and from the venue. We will have a bus circling from the hotels to the venue between 1:30pm-2:10pm. Then the bus will circle back from the venue to the hotels at 9:30pm, 11:00pm,12:30am.
