What time should I be at the venue?
Our ceremony is starting at 4:30 pm. We kindly ask that all guests plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure that we can start on time and that nothing is missed.
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors weather permitting! Please plan accordingly for the possibility of warm temperatures. If the weather is bad, the ceremony will be held indoors. All reception events will be held indoors.
What is the dress code?
We would love for everyone to dress up for our big day! The dress code is cocktail attire! No shorts, jeans, sweats, or gym shoes. Jackets and ties are optional. We also ask that you refrain from wearing colors reserved for the bride including white and ivory.
Will transportation be provided?
Transportation will be provided if you are staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites hotel. Loading time for the bus will begin at 3:30 pm with a PROMPT departure at 3:45 pm to head to the venue for the ceremony. The transportation will be taking 2 trips back to the hotel at 9:30 pm and 10:30 pm (end of the wedding). Transportation is not able to pick up or drop off at any other times or locations.
Can I bring a guest?
If your guest's name is listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, then yes! If not, please respect our wishes as we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family!
Can I bring my kids?
If your children's names are listed on your invitation and when you RSVP to the wedding, then yes! Otherwise, this is an adult only event.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! There is a large parking lot to the west of the building. Please plan accordingly as cars can not be parked overnight. We will be having an open bar, so make sure you have safe transportation to and from the venue.
Can we take photos and videos on our phones?
We respectfully ask that all guests keep their phones and cameras away for the ceremony portion of the night. We invite our guests to be present with us during the time we begin our life together. We have hired amazing photographers and videographers to capture the ceremony, so please let them do so. You are welcome to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception!
How do I RSVP?
To RSVP, please go to the RSVP tab of this website. It will ask you to type in your name and it will bring up all of the people in your party. You will have to respond for each person. If something is incorrect (spelling of name, wrong person, etc.) we ask for you to please reach out to us before submitting your RSVP so we can make the right corrections. After entering your name, it will ask if you are attending and your preferred meal option.
When do I need to RSVP by?
We ask that you kindly RSVP by June 23, 2024. Please RSVP even if you are unable to make it. We have to provide total guest counts to our venue in a timely manner.
