Please RSVP by April 1st, 2026. We invite you to do so online through our website. You will be able do this by scanning the QR Code on the Save The Dates that have been sent out.
Are children welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only (18+) event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Is it ok to take pictures or record videos with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We request that guests silence and put away their phones and cameras during the ceremony. Anyone seen using their phone during the ceremony will be asked to leave. Please relax, enjoy the moment, and we'll gladly share these images with you after the celebration.
Feel free to use your phone at your leisure during the reception.
Can I bring a plus one?
If "and guest" is listed on your invitation, that is considered a plus one invitation. If you and your partner were specifically addressed on your invitation, a plus one is not permitted.
What time should I arrive?
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.
What time does the ceremony start?
The ceremony will start at 3:30 PM EST.
What should I wear?
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. If you are unfamiliar or unsure of what cocktail attire is, please do your own research so that you may dress accordingly.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held indoors.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, guests can head straight to the Solarium room, where we will be serving finger foods (beef empanadas, bruschetta, & spanakopita) and beverages during a cocktail hour.
What Will Be Served For Dinner?
When guests go to RSVP, they will be prompted to select one of three entrees: roasted Amish chicken (GF/DF), beef bourguignon (GF), and roasted salmon (GF/DF).
What Will Be Served For Dessert?
The Bride and Groom have chosen a "Cream & Crimson" cake to pay homage to their Alma Mater. The cake is a swirl of traditional vanilla and red velvet. Both the frosting and the filling will be a traditional buttercream.
Where will the ceremony and reception be held?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held inside of Alumni Hall. Alumni Hall is located inside the Indiana Memorial Union (IMU). The hotel (Biddle) is also located within the IMU. The address to the IMU is: 900 E. 7th Street, Bloomington, IN 47405.
