Please take your seats at least 10 minutes before the ceremony start time (so 1:50pm) so you don’t miss the wedding party processional!

YES! The church has a wheelchair ramp and an elevator to the left of the front entrance to get to the Sanctuary. The Log Cabin is one floor with a wheelchair ramp.

Both the church and reception venues have lots for self-parking.

The reception will have a consumption bar, meaning that it will turn into a cash bar once a maximum cash amount has been reached. Guests may enjoy drinks courtesy of the couple for at least the first hour of the reception.

After the ceremony, shuttles will be provided from the hotels in Chicopee to the Log Cabin in Holyoke. Time is allotted before the reception doors open so guests may drop their vehicles off at the hotels and take the shuttle. At the end of the reception, shuttles will be available from the Log Cabin back to the hotels. The safety of our guests is very important to us! Shuttle from Residence Inn Chicopee parking lot to The Log Cabin leaves at 4:15pm. Shuttle from the Log Cabin back to the Residence Inn Chicopee leaves at 10:15pm.

The reception doors open at The Log Cabin at 4:30pm, to ensure out-of-town guests have time to check in to their hotels and board the shuttles in between the ceremony and reception.

Weather permitting, cocktail hour will be outdoors at The Log Cabin so you can enjoy the beautiful mountain view! This outdoor area will remain accessible throughout the reception. Otherwise, all events will be indoors.
