The ceremony will take place at 6:30pm at the archway at The Meadows (Outdoors- Weather Permitting). The reception will take place directly after the ceremony inside the clubhouse.

The dress code will be semi-formal. Don't forget that Calgary can see snow in May!

The venue provides free overnight parking and the gate will be locked at the end of the night. Please plan your transportation ahead of time (UBER, Taxi or Keys Please).

A formal dinner will not be served so please eat beforehand. There will be appetizers/hors d'oeuvres served throughout the night as well as a late night snack. Drinks will be served after the ceremony (Cash & Card).

Unfortunately due to limited capacity we are unable to accommodate children. This will be an adults only event.

Cash gifts are welcome if you'd like to contribute to our honeymoon. But your presence on the day is what's most important to us.
