3:30pm- Guests Can Start to Arrive to the Pavilion

4:00pm- Guests Find Seats

4:05pm- Ceremony Begins

4:45pm- Introduce the New Mr. and Mrs. Pantall

*Wedding Party leaves to take some more photos*

After Ceremony- Cocktails and Crudités

6pm- Bride & Groom Return and Announced, Perform First Dance

6:05pm- Groom and Mother of the Groom Dance

6:08pm- Bride and Father of the Bride Dance

6:15pm- Tables Released to Take Photos with Couple then Get Dinner

6:45pm Toasts from Best Man and Maid of Honor

7:00pm- Dancing Begins

10:30pm- Last Day for the Newly Weds

11pm: Wedding is Done and Real Clean Up Begins

12am- Need to Out of the Pavilion Per Contract Agreement
