How do I RSVP?
You may RSVP on our website by clicking on the RSVP tab and typing your name.
You may also RSVP with Alexis at (276)780-3518.
When do I RSVP by?
RSVP’s should be in by August 16th.
What is the address for the wedding ceremony and reception venue? Are they wheelchair accessible?
The Ceremony and Reception will take place within Hungry Mother State Park.
The address is 2854 Park Blvd, Marion, VA 24354.
This is a wheelchair accessible venue.
Is parking available?
Yes.
Once you arrive, you will go through the main entrance (near the beach) and park in the 3rd parking lot on your left. If parking is unavailable in that lot, you may also park in the first parking lot on your right. There will be signs posted to direct you to your destination.
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
Both.
The ceremony will take place outdoors, while the reception will be an indoor event.

Is there a dress code?
While there is no dress code, we do have a wedding theme of Burgundy, Green, and Black. If you’d like to dress within the theme, feel free to do so. However, it is not required. We just ask that it is modest dress

What type of food will be served at your reception?
The reception will be a potluck style dinner, we are asking everyone to bring one of their favorite dishes to share with everyone.
Will there be an open bar?
This will be a BYOB event.
Where should we send/bring our wedding gift?
You may bring them to the reception or have them mailed directly to us.

What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 3 P.M., you may arrive as early as 2 P.M.
What time will the reception end? Is there an after party?
The reception will end at 10 P.M. at the latest.
There will not be an after party.
Will there be a time gap between your ceremony and reception?
Yes, about a 30 minute to an hour time gap.
Could you suggest places to eat, drink or see while I’m in town?

Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding? And can I post them on social media?
Yes! We encourage photos to be taken at the ceremony and the reception. There will be QR codes posted for you to scan to upload up to 25 photos each into a shared album throughout the night.
Yes, social media posting is okay. Just make sure to use the hashtag #hallwedding and tag us
