What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
I would suggest to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony takes place to ensure parking and seating in time.
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal (suit and tie and cocktail dresses)
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Ceremony will be held outdoors. If any chance of rain there will be tents placed. The Reception Area will also take place outdoors but will be fully tented for the whole day.
What will the weather be like?
Wedding will take place in June during Summer. However, do note this is Oregon and with Oregon weather anything is possible.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, the parking lot will be located off of the corner of 12th & Lee street at the Deep Wood Museum and Gardens. In this parking lot there are 50 spaces that are reserved just for wedding guests. For any additional parking, spots can be found on the street.
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?
Welcome to a brunch wedding! There will be an omelette bar (vegetarian options) as well as a charcuterie grazing table! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns!
Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
There will be hotel recommendations posted under the "Travel" tab. These recommendations are close to the venue.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
There will be a moment for pictures to be taken right before the vows take place. Before the ceremony and after please refrain from taking pictures so that the photographers may capture this special moment without phones being out! Other than that share the love!
What's the best way to RSVP?

When is the RSVP deadline?
February 1, 2024 is the deadline to ensure guest quantity for catering.
Do you have a wedding registry?
We ask only of your love and presence but if a present is your desire, we would be honored with a cash gift to help us save for our first home together or funds to start a family! We will also have a few other options as well after we complete a Wedding Registry! Details coming soon!
Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?
While masks are not required, if you are feeling uneasy or uncomfortable, you are more than welcome to attend wearing a face mask.
How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?
If there's a chance that our wedding will be postponed or otherwise altered, we will make sure that you receive that information via email or text.
May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?
No, but there will be wedding favors! So don`t forget before you leave!
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
There will be an hour gap between the Ceremony and Reception for wedding party photos! You can head to the Reception Area to enjoy mimosas/drinks/mocktails and finger foods!
Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I am in town for your wedding?
Yes! There will be some recommendations under the "Things to do" tab. Details coming soon!
Will you be live streaming your wedding?
There will be no live streaming at the wedding however all guests who will be attending or wont be will receive a wedding newspaper after our wedding to catch up on what was missed! (Photos Included)
