The Radisson St. Paul Downtown hotel allows for parking (there is a cost if you are not staying at the hotel), and they will provide transportation 2 hours at the beginning (last shuttle at 3:30pm) and end of the night (last shuttle at 11:45pm)!
Parking will also be provided in different lots and ramps in the area. Guests are responsible for parking costs, we suggest Uber/lyft/ taxi if you plan to be drinking. Please take into account time to find parking .

Day of Timeline
-1:30pm arrival for immediate family (pictures)
-3pm beginning arrival for guests
-3:45-4:30pm ceremony
-4:30pm-5:30/6pm cocktail hour (finish pictures)
-6pm dinner
7pm- finish up dinner and speeches
7:30-desserts and cake cutting
8pm-first dance/parent dances/ open dance
10:30pm- late night snack (pizza)
12pm- everyone must be out of venue!
EXTRAS:

-we have a select few hours for our open bar (please anticipate to buy a drink or two on your own). Water is free.

Attire
We are asking guests to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested.
Please remember that the ceremony and reception will be indoors. However, if you are parking near the event, you will have to walk in whatever weather there may be.
Examples:
Jacket and Tie, traditional suit pieces (dress shirt and pants), a Tuxedo is not required but optional. Floor length or midi length dresses. Please, no jeans/shorts/khakis or street sneakers. The wedding party will be in black.

This location near the heart of downtown Saint Paul. The venue is a blend of old-world sophistication of bespoke 1920’s France with the mystery and intrigue of a speakeasy. It’s advertised as an experiential venue like no other.

We love our family and the children who are in it, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate them for our day other than for those who are in the wedding.
We understand this may determine whether or not you can attend and truly understand. Thank you for respecting our choice.
Can I Bring a Guest
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as [Your name] + [Guest/plus on] if a plus one was given to you.
We are truly filling the space with all of our loved ones, so space is limited.
Photos During the Ceremony
We would like to have an unplugged ceremony. Guests will be directed when they are able to take photos (so don't worry). We want our photographers to be able to capture our moment. We will make sure to share pictures and there is also a photobooth available!
RSVP's Due
To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by March 20th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this time, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
The Night Before
We will plan to have a small get together at the Radisson Downtown Saint Paul hotel bar area the night before, starting around 6:30pm. Drinks and food should be available for purchase there. Some people may choose to relocate later into the evening to a local bar.
