Waxahachie is approximately 30 minutes south of Downtown Dallas and approximately 45 minutes from both DFW airport and Love Field airport. There are multiple hotel options in the area but the DeFreese-Reed Wedding block is at the Holiday Inn Express in Waxahachie.
