Invitations were thoughtfully sent. Please follow the names and amount of people listed on the invitation. The venue space does not allow for extra heads so please be mindful of the hosts.

We have listed Formal as the attire, traditional clothing also welcome. The venue is outside so please be cautious of weather and plan for a coat as the night goes on. Any type of heels should be okay as the venue floor is paved, even surface.

There is parking available at the Hilton and Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Our Lady of Sorrows has street parking and a parking lot behind the church by the funeral home off of E Sola St. Parking is limited so please think of parking at the Hilton or carpooling/ride sharing. The Hilton will provided complimentary parking for the wedding; however, guests staying overnight at the Hilton will have to pay resort parking fees ($40 overnight).

We have one room block at the venue location - Hilton Beachfront Resort. The link to book with the room block and other recommended hotels are under the travel section of this website. There are limited rooms in our block, but we are keeping a close eye on it. If the link tells you there are no available rooms left, please wait a few days and check in again as we can try to add on more rooms. If you would like to book outside of our days to make a long weekend out of the wedding, book first within our block and then call the hotel to extend days. Santa Barbara is a popular vacation spot in September so please book accommodations ASAP! Also understand most locations require a two night minimum especially on the weekends. We appreciate you willingness to attend our event in such an expensive location.

Due to the size of the event, open bar is only for an allotted amount of time. Please bring cash or card for any other drinks outside of our permitted time.

Help us close out the wedding weekend by playing in our Best Ball Tournament. Please let Jess know if you are interested by texting 562-754-6532. Pricing for green, person, & cart fees range from 75-100$ a person depending on how many people decided to play. An initial bucket of warm up drive balls included. Finalized monetary amount will be communicated to you in advance closer to the wedding and paid to Bill Gomez by the communicated date. 4some teams will be generated by family and friend ties. Compete with a 4some team over 9 holes - winner will be awarded a special prize!
