In October 2020, Jess was an elementary school teacher starting her first semester of grad school, while Tony was newly in the telecommunications world. Their story started on Hinge, where Jess took the initiative to send the first like, leading to plans for their first date. On a chilly October evening, Tony chose Yard House for their date—perfect for accommodating Jess's vegetarian lifestyle. Given the pandemic, they dined outdoors, braving the cold without heaters. And if you know Tony, you know that he hates the cold. Despite the chill, their smiles never faded.

Their conversation flowed effortlessly, filled with laughter and dreams, as they shared stories of family, aspirations, and interests. It was during this idyllic evening that they uncovered a delightful coincidence: both were November Scorpios, sharing birthdays just days apart. This serendipitous discovery felt like the universe’s way of affirming their connection, marking the beginning of a beautiful love story.

After making it official on May 4th, 2021 they have only continued to grow in love and friendship. Together, they've embraced countless adventures—trying new restaurants, enjoying scenic drives, and exploring different beaches and mountains. They’ve created cherished memories in places like Roatán, Las Vegas, Yosemite, New York, and Texas, with many more trips on the horizon. Then, on July 27, 2024, in front of a beautiful castle in Central Park, Tony proposed. With tears of joy and applause, Jess enthusiastically said 'Yes!'

Now, four years after becoming a couple, they’re ready to celebrate their love surrounded by family and friends, taking the next step toward a future together.
