David and Jess met on the popular dating app, Hinge. Jess was considering deleting the app before she met David, and thank goodness she didnt! As soon as she saw David, she was charmed and sent him the message pictured above.

David was immediately smitten and quickly asked Jess out on a date. He chose 1794 The Whiskey Rebellion as the venue. David was mortified when he discovered that this bar was located in a hotel lobby, but thankfully, Jess was willing to overlook this blunder. They shared drinks and a soft pretzel before walking around town. After hours of talking, they agreed to a second date (this time at an ice cream place down the road from the hotel).

The couple dated happily for a few months before Jess broke the news that she was hired for a job 2 hours away and would be moving. By then, they had both decided that their relationship was leading towards marriage and David chose to follow Jess to the other side of the state. The move solidified their commitment to each other.

The couple got engaged in September, 2023. They are so excited to tie the knot on November 23, 2024, and cant wait to celebrate with you!
