Atlanta is home to some of the best and most diverse food you'll eat - these are just a few of our favorites
We had our engagement toast here! Every meal here is one of the best of our lives - and their Michelin nod agrees. Delicious, inventive Thai food, amazing oysters, and delicious drinks in the heart of Grant Park.
Authentic Filipino on BuHi (Buford Highway) that was given a Michelin nod for good reason. When every dish is this good, you can close your eyes to pick your dinner. Jess adores the adobo chicken and ube churros, and Sloane swears by the halo halo. Reservations strongly recommended.
We had our first date here, enjoying Authentic Korean on BuHi (Buford Highway). Like with any authentic Korean place, each meal comes with a bevvy of banchan (sides), including a fried fish.
Authentic Chinese on BuHi (Buford Highway), where our second date was! Sloane got so nervous they misordered the dumplings. Thankfully it barely matters because every bit of dim sum here is a revelation. They even sell dumplings in bulk frozen!
An Atlanta staple diner. If you want your life to be changed, order the Comfy Chicken Biscuit - a big chicken biscuit slathered in white pepper gravy. Whew buddy!
The best Lao in town. Only available Sunday’s and Monday’s! The mapo tofu dumplings steal the show.
Delicious new American food. Ask if Katherine is working, and try her Dirty Espresso Martini. It’ll change your life.
Their lunch buffet is legendary, but it’s one of Jess’ favorites anytime. Pro tip - if you order the chai you get free refills, and you can take one to go!
The smoked trout dip with Zappo’s chips? You’re kidding me. This cajun stop right off the Beltline is a dream. Take a rideshare here, there is no parking!
People who think a lot about pizza have said that Fellini’s is a beacon of Atlanta’s regional pizza style. I think you should order the spinach mushroom garlic slice.
Tapas, tapas, tapas. In the heart of Inman Park (and right across from Little Spirit), you’ll find incredible tapas. While the papatas bravas and eggplant caponata are swoon-worthy, you’ll melt into a puddle over their basque cheesecake or olive oil cake.
If you're parched and looking for a little treat, whether it's a coffee or something a little harder, we've got you covered with a few of our favorite haunts
Shop for plants while sipping an Ezra! Their horchata cold brew is delicious.
A well known tiki bar in the heart of Decatur. Arrive early, the line starts as soon as they open.
Some of the best cocktails in town, with tons of kitsche. From a Pinky Pony to Tittie Sprinkles, you’ll be giggling at the names, marveling at the presentation, and letting your eyes rolls back from how good the bevvies are. Not to mention, the barkeeps are always smokin.
If you're itching to dance or people watch, we've got you covered with some of our local staples
Strong pours, rhinestoned performers, and the most beloved back porch in Atlanta. Order a Tequila Sprite, fondly called the “Sloanie Baby.”
Weekly dance parties with DJs so good, Sloane once got rhabdomyolysis from dancing so hard.
One of only 32 lesbian bars left in the country, and one of 6 in the Southeast United States. A piece of history!
They only play disco vinyls, the menu is full of vintage 70’s cocktails, and the floor lights up. Make a reservation, because you can’t miss this.
